Do you want to work close to the business, influence real decisions and lead a finance team in a role where your experience truly matters?

At JELD‑WEN, we’re looking for a Head of FP&A for Sweden and Norway – a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong financial skills with a collaborative and people‑focused leadership style.

The role

In this role, you are the financial partner to the country leadership teams in Sweden and Norway and the people manager for the local FP&A team. You have full ownership of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and work closely with the business to create clarity around performance, priorities and trade‑offs.

A key part of the assignment is to lead and further develop the FP&A function, both in terms of people and ways of working. You set direction, create structure and support the team while strengthening FP&A as a proactive and trusted business partner across the organisation.

This role suits someone who enjoys leadership, takes responsibility, and is comfortable balancing strategic discussions with day‑to‑day guidance of a team.

What you’ll spend your time on

• Leading and developing the FP&A team, with clear expectations and supportive coaching
• Forecasting, budgeting and performance follow‑up with a forward‑looking perspective
• Turning financial analysis into insights that leaders can act on
• Challenging assumptions and contributing to strategic and operational decisions
• Improving FP&A processes, tools and collaboration
• Ensuring strong financial governance and compliance (US GAAP and local GAAP)

Who are you?

You are an experienced FP&A professional with proven people‑management experience. As a leader, you are clear, approachable and comfortable creating direction for others.

We see that you:

• Have several years of FP&A experience at senior level including leadership or line‑management responsibility
• Enjoy developing people and building effective teams
• Have experience from an international and/or manufacturing environment
• Communicate financial topics in a clear and down‑to‑earth way
• Are comfortable in system‑heavy environments (e.g. OneStream, HFM, Hyperion, ERP)
• Hold a relevant academic degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Are fluent in English and Swedish (Norwegian is a plus)
