Join Husqvarna Group’s expanding Pro Robotic R&D team and be part of a transformative journey in robotics. We’re looking for a System Tester who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about quality, innovation, and making a real impact.

Our team develops and maintains the professional line of robotic mowers used by customers in commercial settings—football clubs, parks, golf courses, and properties with multiple lawn areas. Our customers demand reliability, efficiency, and consistent cut quality, so our mission is to deliver on that promise, and the System Test team plays a key role in ensuring we do.

About the role

As a System Tester, you will be working with hands-on real installations, test fields, and also virtual environments to verify performance and reliability across our robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regression and acceptance testing
• Verify bug fixes and system updates continuously
• Identify deviations from requirements and document issues
• Collaborate closely with developers for rapid feedback
• Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience across mobile and web interfaces

Your Profile

You are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented. You value quality, enjoy collaboration, and adapt well to change.

You bring:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Development, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in embedded product development
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following:

- Test leadership

- Test automation

- Electrical power consumption and load testing

- Embedded fault tracing

- Object identification verification

- RTK positioning verification

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Swedish driver’s license (B)

Bonus qualifications:

• Fluent Swedish
• Experience in software development and test automation
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps
• ISTQB or similar certification

Location & Travel

Location & Travel This role is based in Huskvarna. We work on-site daily, with some flexibility for hybrid work. Travel to test sites and customer locations outside of Sweden will be part of this role (3–5 weeks/year).
